Reasons to Stay Alive – Matt Haig’s bestselling book adapted for theatre

Very happy to have collaborated again with Jonathan Watkins (our previous work together includes the award winning ballet Nineteen Eighty-Four for Northern Ballet and Kes) on Reasons to Stay Alive which has opened at Sheffield Theatres, based on the bestselling book by Matt Haig. The production will go on tour around the UK to venues including the Bristol Old Vic and Home in Manchester in Autumn 2019.

With Jonathan choreographing and directing the piece with a mixture of movement and spoken text, it has been brilliant working on the score with Music Associate Joss Holden-Rea and Sound Designer Nick Greenhill. Adaption by April De Angelis, Design by Simon Daw and Lighting by Jessica Hung Han Yun.
